Upholstery Cleaning

The benefits and results by use of a truck-mounted machine to clean carpets and upholsteries speak for themselves. Nothing is more powerful and effective at removing deeply embedded soil, spotting, and odors from carpet and upholstery, than the proper equipment and cleaning products.

Upon arrival at your home, or business, our technicians will take accurate measurements and an analysis of the condition and fiber-type of your carpet and/or upholstery will be made.

You will be provided with a professional opinion on what type of results can be achieved and expected through cleaning, and a total anticipated cost, prior to the cleaning, will be made with no unexpected charges. This is provided at no charge and no obligation to the customer.

After proper measuring and analysis has been completed, the technician will set up and prepare to restore your carpets and/or upholstery to their maximum potential.

A fine mist of special cleaning solution referred to as "pre-spray" is applied to the carpet/upholstery. This acts to emulsify and suspend the soils for a more effective cleaning.

The water is heated and the temperature is adjusted depending on fiber-type. The water is then forced into the carpet/upholstery and at the same time extracted back out with the strength of a 23 horse powered engine. The carpet/upholstery is left only lightly damp to the touch and complete drying time can be as soon as 3-4 hours for carpet and 1 hour for upholstery!
